ISOMFL represents failed test cases as vectors, improves Footrule distance, chooses stable initial cluster centers from a dissimilarity matrix, and adjusts cluster counts through self-organization. The open-access study evaluates six multi-fault subjects from SIR and Faults4J and provides a public reproduction repository.
